Following in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian, Amber Rose has released an app that is bringing in the dough fast.  According to TMZ, the Philly native raked in more than $2 million within a day’s release of her MuvaMoji app.

The smartphone feature hosts a few images that speak true to Rose’s colorful personality, an outlet that will steadily host new additions. The app also holds the top spot in the App Store.

In a statement, Rose said she wants her app to be used by everyone, and not just her fans. She later added, “The Moji team and I have come up with over 900 icons we are initially launching with and plan to update it regularly by adding more content each week.”

Although the new app has done well so far in its release, there have been some detractors stating that she is copying Kim Kardashian’s Emoji app.  As you see from the image below, they are similar but not identical.

As for the detractors, Amber’s adamant there was no attempt to imitate or copy. We’re told she’s confident the app perfectly reps her personality — from the big booties to the stripper pole.  I guess each celeb is entitled to their own app with specific emoji’s and if you are into that kind of stuff, we hope you enjoy them.

As for us, we will stick to the smiley and sad faces that are standard on our phones.  We don’t need to pay extra to use a celebrity’s mug or other body parts.
